Our Facility: Engineered for Performance We operate a one-of-a-kind facility equipped with state-of-the-art technology to ensure precision, efficiency and scalability. Our systems are designed with both performance and sustainability in mind, empowering us to deliver superior quality and high-volume capacity – without compromise.
KEY CAPABILITIES
• Eco-Friendly Stripping System: our environmentally conscious stripping process fully decontaminates parts in a single, efficient step.
• 20’x30’ Phosphate Wash System: Designed for both effective surface preparation and environmental stewardship, this system optimizes every stage before powder coating
(CPR: Clean | Pretreat | Recycle.)
• High-Capacity Ovens: (1) 4’x6’x6’ oven (2) 10’x10’x30’ ovens. Multiple sizes ensure the most efficient oven use for each specific project.
• Advanced Spray Booths: (2) 12’x12’x30’ Powder Coat Spray Booths. A backup booth ensures uninterrupted production.
• Clean Air Compression Systems: All compressors are fitted with air-dry systems for clean, contaminant-free air.
• Heavy Duty Material handling: We can manage up to 30,000 lbs., ensuring we can handle your largest and heaviest parts with ease.
• Redundant Equipment Systems: Built-in redundancy for every major system means your job won’t be delayed due to equipment downtime.
• Unlimited Capacity: No job is too small or too large. We scale with your needs - efficiently and reliably.
• Custom Packaging & Palletizing: Post-Production, we help you optimize transport with tailored packing and palletizing solutions. Just ask!
